Last updated: 28.10.2026
This policy explains what personal data is collected on this website, why, how it is protected and what rights you have under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
01 / Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Julia Usova, makeup artist, Av. das Américas, 3900 – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22640-102. You can reach us by phone at +55 (21) 97777-3333 or through any form on this website.
02 / What data we collect
Only what you send us through the forms on this website:
- your name;
- your phone number;
- your email address (footer and consultation forms);
- the service you select and the language of the page you used.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data in its server logs (IP address, browser, date and time of the request). The website remembers the language you choose in your browser (local storage); it does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
03 / Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your enquiry, agree on the date, place and scope of the service, prepare a quote and, if you book, provide the service. The legal bases are the steps before a contract at your request and the performance of the contract (LGPD, art. 7, V), and our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 7, IX).
We do not send newsletters or advertising, and we never sell your data.
04 / Who receives it
Your enquiry is stored on the website’s server and sent to us by email. The companies that host the website and deliver email process the data only on our behalf. We may disclose data when required by law or by a competent authority.
05 / How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Data related to bookings is kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules.
06 / Your rights
You may at any time ask us to confirm whether we process your data, give you access to it, correct it, anonymise, block or delete it, transfer it to another provider, or tell you with whom it was shared (LGPD, art. 18). You may also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD). Send your request through any form on this website or by phone; we reply within 15 days.
07 / Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss and alteration. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who handle them.
08 / Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its update date.
